Please note that overseas participants are required to register by sending the registration form to aofsm-symposium@outlook.com, and the registration fee can be paid at on-site registration day by cash and credit card. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of registration fee by the organizer. If you submit the registration form to aofsm-symposium@outlook.com before 21^st September 2025, you will receive a preferential price.

Notes:

1. Please download the AOAFSM'6 Symposium Registration Form (will be published soon...) from the website of the symposium, fill out the form and submit it to aofsm-symposium@outlook.com. before 10^th October 2025.

2. The registration fees include the proceedings, attendance to all sessions of this symposium, the conference coffee breaks, banquet, lunches and dinners during 17^th -18^th October 2025.

3. Participates will be responsible for their own transport and accommodation costs.
