The 12th National Academic Conference on Fire Safety Materials and the 4th Asia-Oceania Symposium for Fire Safety Materials Science and Engineering in Qingdao, China
From July 23 to 25, 2021, the 12th National Academic Conference on Fire Safety Materials and the 4th Asia-Oceania Symposium for Fire Safety Materials Science and Engineering was successfully held by Qingdao University.
The conference adopts the mode of setting up the main venue in Qingdao University and combining the online sub-venue. The conference invited internationally renowned experts and scholars to introduce the latest progress in the field of fire safety materials, providing a broad and in-depth exchange platform for international academia and industry.
The conference is organized around the following seven themes:
(1) Research status, challenges and development trends of fire safety materials science;
(2) Design, preparation and engineering application of fire safety materials;
(3) Evaluation and simulation of fire safety materials (test methods and standard regulations, etc.);
(4) New flame retardant system, technology and mechanism;
(5) Material combustion characteristics and mechanism;
(6) Flame retardant modification and processing technology;
(7) Fiber and textile flame retardant.
The conference invited experts and scholars in the field of flame retardant to conduct 44 reports, and outstanding young scholars from various units brought the latest achievements of their research topics to display and carry out warm discussions and exchanges.
